"Just picked up my new Softail Deluxe from Paul Garza. I have to tell you that Corona Harley gave me the best buying experience I've ever had! This was my second Harley and they made a dream come true. Their customer service was outstanding, from Scooter in finance to Joe in service. They were very professional and made sure I got exactly the bike I wanted, instead of "That's what we got take it or someone else will, these are hard to get you know!" If you’re looking to purchase a Harley go see Paul. No pressure, attention to detail and an attitude to please. They even helped me save money on my insurance. The gals in the store were friendly and the whole atmosphere was courteous.
These folks went over an above to help me while in their store.
While we were there the wife wanted a sissy bar and pad so she could ride on the new bike. Joe Butler came over and got her and showed her the different types and helped her pick out what she wanted. Joe even told her about a promotion where by spending only another $10.00 we would get her a free Harley Cooler/Picnic basket. Thanks guys I’ll be back! Great doing business with ya.

"Amber sets the standard for what customer service should be!!! I was looking for a specific rain suit which no one seemed to carry my size. I went to dealerships from Harbor City to Victorville, even Corona didn't have it. I was about to give up and buy one of the cheap suits, then Amber called me days after I left the store, to tell me she would keep looking. A few days later she had found one for me, had it transferred, and put my name on it until I could get there a couple days later. When no one else in any other store even made an effort to call 1 other store, Amber's service put ALL the others to shame. Amber, you're always welcome to ride with me!... and when I had been waiting for saddle bag supports for 5 WEEKS from another store, Amber introduced me to Nicole, who found what I was looking for in the stock room. Corona HD gets 10 stars in my book!!!"

"I found out on Sunday at Skip's that the Corona store was open. I stopped by today and just wanted to say that I am very impressed with the staff. They were all nice and very helpful. Rex Sauls helped me pick out a touring seat (which they had in stock, allways a plus) and answered all my questions about other items I will purchase next week when I return. Also, Amber Maddock was very nice and friendly when she helped me with my clothing purchase (not to mention very cute). I am glad to see that this crew is keeping with Skip Fordyces' quality customer service. I now have 2 stores that I can highly recommend to others. Keep up the great work."
